For admission into its programs, DMS Training Center requires proof of the following:
Texas CNA Certificate Course
- Must be 16 years or older.
- State Issued ID card from any State, Passport, Green card, or Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- High school diploma or unofficial high school transcript, GED, College Diploma, or unofficial College transcript is required.
- High School diploma/GED/ College Transcript requirement can be WAIVED if you can display an 8th-grade level reading and writing capability.
- International high school and college diplomas accepted
- A TB test and Immunizations are required (Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap)
- Uniforms/Scrubs are also required for clinical practice
- CPR Certificate (before clinical practice)
Details
- 40 hours of clinical practice 'only'
- The tuition includes a registration fee, supplies, and a Background check!

- Easy explanation & lots of practice exams
- Maximum 1:4 instructor-student rate
Course Schedule: Students can start the course anytime.
- All students will complete '4 days' of CNA skill training.
- Students manage their own time and progress.
- 'Final Skill Test Prep Day' will be provided before the Skill exam date.
- Students will take an 'AHA BLS (CPR) course' before/after the Skill session.

CNA- 2-week course (Weekday Daytime) & Clinical practice 2 days
School lab: Tuesday and Thurs 8:30 am to 2:30 pm
CNA- 2- or 4-week course (Weekend Daytime) & Clinical practice 2 days
School lab: Saturday AM: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
School lab: Saturday PM: 12:30- 4:00pn
Exam Schedule: After completing the course, students will get access to schedule the exam at TULIP and the Prometric testing center.
How to apply?
- Please fill out the 'application form' with the correct information.
- Send a copy of your high school diploma in English to admin@dmscaretraining.com
- When sending an email, please be sure to include in the subject line your name, the class you wish to take, and a brief description. (Example: Christine Son, Phlebotomy Course, High school diploma)
- The administrator will prescreen (Background check) your application.
- You will receive an approval letter through email or text message.
- It will take up to 3 days to get the letter.
- You can purchase the course and start studying. When paying for the class and creating an account, please use the 'student's own email address and name'.
