Refund Policy

Refund Policy for CNA Course

Refunds will not be provided once a student has logged in and accessed the online course material. Access to online content is considered course initiation, and no refund will be issued beyond this point.

General Refund Guidelines

Refund computations are based on the scheduled course time through the last date of attendance. Leaves of absence, suspensions, and school holidays are not counted as part of attendance.

The effective date of termination for refund purposes will be the earliest of the following:

  • The last day of attendance if terminated by the school.
  • The date the school receives written withdrawal notice from the student.
  • Ten school days following the last date of attendance.
