For admission into its programs, DMS Training Center requires proofs of followings:

  • Driver’s license or state or federally issued photo ID (Passport)
  • High school diploma
  • Immunization record (MMR, Tdap, Hep A)
  • Social number or ITIN
  • CPR certificate (before graduate)

Also, students need to pass Background check

또한, 신원 조회(백그라운드체크)를 통과해야 합니다. (저희 학교에서 시행해드립니다)

Application form

Application

  1. Please fill out the 'application form' with the correct information.
  2. Send a copy of your high school diploma and vaccination record in English to admin@dmscaretraining.com
  3. The administrator will prescreen your application.
  4. You will receive an approval letter through email.
  5. It will take up to 3 days to get the letter.
  6. You can purchase the course and start studying.

Phlebotomy Certificate Program Admission 

  1. Please fill out the 'application form' and purchase the Phlebotomy certificate program. 
  2. We will send you the email for the access at NHA phlebotomy class.
  3. Then, you can take an online class when the class starts. Please check the course schedule below. 

Course Schedule:  4/1/24-5/10/24, 6/3/24-7/12/24, 8/5/24-9/13/24, 10/7/24-11/15/24. Lab is Every Monday and Tuesday from 1 pm -3 pm (4 times attending required while taking the course).
Exam Schedule: 5/27/24, 7/29/24, 9/23/24, 11/25/24

채혈사 자격증 과정 입학절차

  1. 아래의 'Application form'을 클릭하여 작성해주세요.
  2. Phlebotomy 자격증 프로그램을 페이합니다. 
  3. NHA Phlebotomy 수업과정을 들을 수 있는 권한을 이메일을 통해 보내드립니다. 그후 일정에 맞게 수업을 진행하면 됩니다. 수업은 정해진 스캐쥴에 따라 들을 수 있습니다. 아래 수업 일정을 확인해주세요.
수업일정: 4/1/24 - 5/10/24, 6/3/24-7/12/24, 8/5/24-9/13/24, 10/7/24-11/15/24. 실습은 매주 월요일, 화요일 1 pm -3 pm 에 있습니다 (6주간 최소 4번 참석필수).
시험일정: 5/27/24, 7/29/24, 9/23/24, 11/25/24

Phlebotomy Program

Students will study for the CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician) from NHA (national healthcareer association)

6 weeks Program (Online + 4days Practice)

프로그램 수료 후 국립의료인협회(NHA)에서 주관하는 채혈사 자격증(CPT) 시험에 응시하게 됩니다.

이론과 실습(4일)을 포함하여 총 6주 프로그램입니다.
